Viterbo è stata da sempre una delle mie tappe preferite, sia per il trasporto pubblico, sia per the city, very beautiful and charming. The service is managed by the Urban Francigena (ex SAUVE) and covers the city of Viterbo and some surrounding villages such as San Martin and Bagnaia. Most of the line from the terminus in the historical center, called Memorial, recently upgraded from my last visit in Viterbo (June 2009).

Perhaps Viterbo is one of the cities with more than 201 Menarini circulating in Italy in 2011, whereas the older cars of 1981 ( 201 / 1 NU), and the most recent in 1986 (201 / 2 NS and NU). This particular one, the car 13, has the advantage of being the only one with the gray front and rear bumpers as the origin, and the lack of new indicators scheduled. As with most older cars, too, almost trentenne, continua a macinare chilometri senza avere nessun problema. E considerando che a breve non è previsto nessun arrivo di nuovi bus, i 201 di Viterbo sono destinati a durare ancora qualche anno.
MENARINI 201/1 NU n.14
A parte la vettura 13, le restanti 5 vetture Menarini 201/1 NU sono state tutte riverniciate, compresi i paraurti anteriori e posteriori. Gli sono stati messi anche i display al posto delle classiche velette e dei cartelli, uguali ai più recenti Cityclass ed Europolis. Purtroppo questa vettura ha un'altra piccola (ma non troppo...) modifica: i reggimani sono stati riverniciati in un'orrendo (In my opinion) Celestine, perhaps because they are too worn over the years.
Menarini 201 / 2 NU n.24
In 1987, there's also two copies of the Francigena Menarini 201 / 2, a version of urban (NU) and one in suburban version (NS). The suburban version we saw running in the late morning, then take on a service line education. The urban version, however, he shot all day on line 11. in 2004/2005 Francigena make a radical renewal of the fleet, setting aside the means older. Specifically, the Cityclass 38 and 39 have replaced the Fiat 470.10.20, unfortunately struck because of their multiple mechanical failures. They too, like Cityclass sosituito have the old glories, especially the various Fiat Fiat 314 and 409A Menarini Menarini, and run virtually anywhere, at any time and in any line. Rarely do we find even one of the circular, adding to 231C.

Le ultime vetture acquistate dalla Francigena sono due BMB231C Vivacity "Exobus" a metano del 2007 e vengono utilizzate per le linee circolari A e B che passano per il centro storico. Come vetture sono abbastanza buone, adatte per il loro utilizzo. Montano un cambio ZF a 5 marce. Nelle ore di punta, sulle circolari, vengono affiancate ai BMB231C, anche alcuni Europolis e/o Pollicino.
