In the town of Pomezia, not far from Rome, the city service is run by the Trojans, the company that manages some lines of Rome Tor Cervara TPL in the shed (lines 056, 220, 222, 314, 404, 554), and other small urban services in the province of Rieti. Besides that, the Trojans also carries suburban services in the province of Terni and Rieti.
A Pomezia most bus lines depart from Via Don Luigi Sturzo, where there are also many lines school operated by other private companies such as honors and Gioiabus (we will discuss in the next post). Since lines long enough (some arriving in the seaside resorts and Torvajanica Ostia, but is very popular line 1, which runs from the terminus of Via Don Sturzo the railway station), the Trojans are using 12-meter long buses in suburban construction, except for some line shorter, where we also see bus from 10.5 meters in urban construction. - 2 NEW Citaro 10.5m 2-door Suburban.
addition to this, there is also a BredaMenarini LU 240 CNG natural gas in 2003. In 2010 have been set aside the last vestiges of former Inbus U210FTN Perugia.
In the past, even recently, they turned MAN NM223, Mercedes O405 and O405 NK, Mercedes Sprinter Noge, MAN 11220 Sitca I2000.9-CAM, Setra S315 UL, IC, and Safari Temsa Autodromo Ale.
CITARA FIRST SERIES
is not easy to find this type Citaro around Italy. The first series, dating from the late 90's, very popular especially in foreign countries (Germany over all). In Italy's north-central many companies have them, such as ATC Bologna, Ferrara ACTF BOTH times Piacenza and Brescia. Another exemplary owns the Riccitelli in Formia. In addition to this example of Trojans, I got it used, I have seen in Pescara at the GTM, used as a suburban service.
CITARA NEW MERCEDES O530
During the 2008 Trojans also arrive at different NEW Mercedes Citaro urban in both the three-door version is in the suburban two-port (like this), replacing many of the last remaining Inbus U210FTN former Perugia, recently used only for educational reinforcement. I took this car to get from the railway station in Pomezia Viale Don Luigi Sturzo, and I personally do not mind.
MERCEDES O530 CITARA K
the Trojans, including two Mercedes Citaro short run from 10.5 meters (Citaro K) in a suburban setting up two ports. One is 2008, and arrived a few months. This has sent the latest copy of a retired ex Inbus U210FTN left Perugia. Sometimes they vediamo girare anche nella linea 1, negli orari con meno affluenza.
BMB 240 LU CNG
Ecco l'unico bus urbano ecologico a Metano presente a Pomezia per il servizio urbano. Si tratta di un Bredamenarini 240 LU, arrivato nel 2003, ed equipaggiato con cambio ZF. Stranamente ha girato solo durante la mattinata, per poi tornare in deposito verso le 13.30, in pieno orario scolastico, credo sostituito da uno dei Mercedes Citaro K.
